Kristan Cloud-Malin

I am from the Midwest, raised in Iowa with frequent summer trips to St. Augustine, FL.  From those trips I knew that when I got the chance, I would move to FL.  I graduated from Northeast Missouri State University with a B.S.E. in Business Economics then moved to FL in 1986 and taught business courses for three years.  For the next five years I worked for JM Family Enterprises as their New Product Planning Administrator.  A friend convinced me that pharmaceutical sales was something I should consider so I began a successful seven year sales career with Aventis Pharmaceuticals.

I became a Realtor in August of 2004.  From the beginning, I knew it was the career for me.  It is very fulfilling for me to help people with such an important life decision…to buy or sell a home.  I believe there is a real need for a full-time, professional and trustworthy Realtor.  You know that your consultation with me is confidential and that I will provide you with the truth regarding what it will take to sell your home.  A great agent can walk a tightrope, balancing optimism with realism and diplomacy with brutal honesty.

My husband, Ed, owns Angie’s Subs a restaurant in Jacksonville Beach.  I consider myself an outdoors enthusiast and love exercising, fishing, boating and hanging out with my four dogs on the dock.  We also have an ever changing number of pigs that are managed and cared for by my parents who live nearby.  I am a board member at the Winston Family YMCA and a member of the Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce.  You can view my full resume by clicking here and my breast cancer survivor story by clicking on the pink ribbon on the home page of this website.

Wanda S. Thomason

Marketing and Listing Coordinator

Wanda is a native of Florida, mother of two boys and graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelors degree in Finance.  Wanda previously worked for eighteen years with Citigroup and with the Duval County Public Schools for four years.

In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at Beach Church in Jacksonville Beach and spending time with friends and family and relaxing at the beach.
